Short Summary:
Tide is seeking an exceptional Product Designer to join our team at a pivotal point in Tide’s history, aiming to transform the small business banking market and enhance user experiences for over 2 million members globally.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
- Use Product Design skills to discover, research, design, and deliver engaging experiences across mobile and web.
- Evolve design concepts from prototypes to high-fidelity mock-ups.
- Conduct user research sessions and analyze usage analytics.
- Collaborate with UX Research and UX Writing to meet core member needs.
- Contribute to the Tide Design System for consistent user experiences.
Requirement:
- At least 4+ years of experience in product design or UX role for web and mobile platforms.
- A portfolio demonstrating product thinking, user experience, interaction, and visual design skills.
- Experience in running moderated user research sessions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams.
- Proficiency in Figma and understanding of Design Systems and accessibility.
