Short Summary:
Greenlight is a family technology company on a mission to help families raise financially smart kids. We are looking for a Senior Web Designer to create high-performing web experiences and guide product discovery journeys.
Responsibilities:
- Build user-centered website layouts, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and conversion-focused digital experiences.
- Learn through testing and iterate to improve performance.
- Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and customer needs.
- Own direction and quality of initiatives, ensuring connection to broader product and design systems.
- Drive UI decisions and deliver engineering-ready designs.
- Lead website design development from ideation to quality assurance.
- Stay updated with web trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, copywriters, and engineers.
Requirement:
- 5-7 years of web design experience with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership.
- Fluency in Figma and familiarity with AI tools.
- Mobile app experience preferred; fintech or consumer product background a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of motion tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Eye for detail and a passion for high-quality, user-centered designs.
