Our team is looking for a Mid+/Senior UI/UX Designer for one of our clients.
Our client is one of the world’s TOP 3 management consulting firms and is widely recognized as one of the most prestigious firms in the industry. The project: You’ll be joining a complex financial analytics SaaS product that helps organizations make sense of complex business and financial data.
The platform allows users to turn complex business and financial data into clear findings, comparisons, and decisions.
The product is already well established and has been evolving for years, and now it offers plenty opportunities for innovation: the team is actively adding AI-powered capabilities, exploring new ways to generate insights from data and financial reports, and building new interfaces for comparative analysis.

Core tools: Figma (advanced components, variants, AI features)

Responsibilities and tasks:
Support the design lead in delivering UI/UX work across multiple product initiatives.
Create clear, thoughtful, and high-quality user experiences from concept to execution.
Translate business and product requirements into effective design solutions.
Produce wireframes, flows, mockups, and prototypes with strong attention to detail.
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
Work effectively in a highly collaborative, multicultural, and fast-moving environment.
Follow established requirements, systems, and processes while also bringing a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Contribute to and evolve the design system, adding components and maintaining consistency.
Contribute to other design or cross-functional initiatives when needed.
Our expectations of the candidate:
5+ years of hands-on product design experience on complex web/SaaS applications.
Proven experience designing data-heavy, multi-layer interfaces: dashboards, charts, large tables, analytics views.
Strong command of Figma, including advanced component/variant workflows and AI features.
Comfortable working beyond traditional design tools, with openness and curiosity toward new technologies and workflows.
Responsive design experience covering both desktop and mobile surfaces.
Familiarity with AI-enabled or adjacent tools such as Cursor, Claude, and GPT
Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product work: data visualisation and dashboard design preferred.
Can balance execution quality with speed and collaboration.
English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+)
Nice to have:
Experience working with design systems.
Exposure to analytics, AI products, or data-heavy platforms.
Experience partnering closely with product and engineering teams.
Soft skills:
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with smart, demanding, and cross-functional teams.
