UI/UX Designer

All design decisions must be grounded in quantitative and qualitative research of user behavior and sentiment, aimed at reducing cognitive load, removing barriers in the user journey, and driving systematic conversion growth. 🧠 Required Skills Proven ability to formulate and defend professional UX/UI decisions based on quantitative and qualitative user data, not subjective preferences. At least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer. Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio. Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and modern UI trends. Experience working with eCommerce project. Familiarity with design requirements for SaaS products and mobile apps (preferred). Data‑driven mindset with hands‑on experience in A/B testing and collaboration with analysts. Intermediate / Upper‑intermediate English. 🌟 Nice to Have Experience conducting qualitative UX research to identify conversion growth opportunities and optimal IX/UI solutions. Design user interfaces and user flows that improve conversion and other key business metrics. Create UI variations for A/B tests and optimization experiments based on validated hypotheses. Collaborate with Growth PMs, CRO Strategist, UX Researcher, Analyst, Data Engineer, Developer, and QA Engineer throughout the experimentation process. Present and defend design decisions using research, data, and UX best practices. Iterate on designs based on experiment results and user behavior insights.
