These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RVC platform operated by ReVacancy, 3 Maja 14a/6, 42-217 Częstochowa, Poland, at app.rvc.global. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

RVC provides a job-matching platform connecting job-seekers (“Candidates”) with employers (“Employers”). The platform is provided on an “as is” basis and we make no guarantee of employment outcomes.

2. Candidate accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the CV and profile information you upload.
• The platform is free for Candidates. An optional Pro plan ($5/month, cancel anytime) unlocks extra candidate features.
• Do not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property or contains malicious code.

3. Employer accounts

• Employer vacancy publishing is billed via Stripe as pay-per-post. Pricing is displayed at checkout.
• Candidate Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via account settings; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
• Job postings must accurately describe the role. Misleading postings (e.g. falsely labelled as “remote”) will be removed and may result in account suspension.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download platform data.
• Use the platform to send unsolicited commercial messages.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
• Post content that is unlawful, discriminatory, or violates applicable employment law.

5. Intellectual property

The RVC platform, brand, and codebase are owned by RVC and its contributors. Content you upload (your CV, job postings) remains yours; you grant RVC a licence to store and process it solely to provide the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RVC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Courts in Częstochowa have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection venue that applies to you. For questions: info@rvc.global.
