Short Summary:
As a Designer, you will create engaging designs that foster conversations between people and brands, working within a team to deliver impactful designs that meet client briefs.

Responsibilities:
- Working on a brief from start to finish.
- Contributing innovative ideas at creative briefs.
- Creating high-quality design work.
- Image sourcing and digital artworking.
- Developing rich visual content for owned channels: onsite, app, and email.
- Striving to create work that contributes to client business goals.
- Staying current with design and marketing trends.
- Learning and growing from constructive feedback.
- Mentoring junior team members.
- Taking accountability for flawless design output.
- Delivering work on time and within scheduled timeframes.
- Designing small animations for digital assets.

Requirement:
- Digital design experience with Figma.
- Self-driven and resourceful.
- Good eye for layout, skilled in typesetting and retouching.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Desire to embrace new skills and challenges.
- Motion and 3D experience is a plus.
