Short Summary:
Seeking an IT Analyst II for the Seattle office to provide technical assistance to employees, executives, and teams. Resolve technology issues and keep a busy office running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and SaaS application issues across phone, email, and ticketing channels.
- Providing dedicated IT support to senior leaders and executives, including priority troubleshooting and device setup.
- Supporting weekly new hire onboarding sessions, provisioning devices, and delivering orientation walkthroughs.
- Managing user lifecycle events across identity platforms and directories.
- Supporting the full device lifecycle for the Seattle office.
- Coordinating hardware orders and shipping logistics.
- Supporting endpoint management initiatives including OS patching and software deployment.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting office infrastructure and network connectivity.
- Maintaining accurate knowledge base articles and contributing to continuous improvement.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s in Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop engineering roles.
- Proficiency supporting both macOS and Windows environments.
- Hands-on experience with an ITSM platform (ServiceNow required).
- Working knowledge of identity and access management tools (Okta).
- Strong diagnostic skills across hardware, software, networking, and cloud/SaaS applications.
- Excellent communication skills with non-technical users.
- Customer-first mindset and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with Zoom products and AI-powered productivity tools.
- Network troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment.
Compensation:
Minimum: $42.11
Maximum: $89.42
