Short Summary:
Devoted Studios is a globally remote game development company specializing in Co-development, Porting, and End-to-End Art Production. The IT Operations Specialist will manage the full cycle of vendor onboarding, workstations, endpoint support, access, security, compliance, and hardware asset management.

Responsibilities:
- Vendor onboarding: Clarify team composition, create corporate accounts, set up communication channels, and manage contributor status.
- Workstations & endpoint support: Prepare and configure remote workstations, install production software, troubleshoot incidents, and prepare devices for reassignment.
- Access, security & compliance: Revoke access during offboarding, run audits, escalate non-standard cases, and maintain documentation.
- Licenses & hardware as assets: Manage software licenses, maintain hardware records, and arrange international shipping of equipment.

Requirement:
- 2+ years in IT support, system administration, or IT operations.
- Hands-on administration of Windows workstations and laptops (macOS a plus).
- Experience with antivirus/EDR and remote endpoint management systems.
- Google Workspace administration and access management across various platforms.
- Professional written English (B2+).
- Jira as your primary working environment.
