Short Summary:
We’re looking for a Paid Social Senior Executive to join our growing team and look after the GBR & PAC regions. This role is a unique opportunity to join a team who have done some pretty awesome stuff to date, including working closely with social media platforms to pilot new measurement and optimisation techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Building and optimising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat.
- Analysing what’s working and what isn’t, and continually testing new ideas.
- Managing the Paid Social activity in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Playing a strong role in both direct response and brand strategy.
- Working closely with our creative teams to produce best-in-class creative.
- Spotting data issues, testing and validating assumptions, and assessing data sets for actionable insights.
- Collaborating with platform representatives to stay ahead of industry innovations.
Requirement:
- An entrepreneurial spirit, willing to learn on the go and take ownership of your region.
- Team player with a drive to help others.
- A head for numbers, and the ability to spot problems and draw conclusions from data.
- Strong communicator comfortable expressing ideas and challenging others.
- High-level experience running ads on Meta and TikTok.
- Mid-level experience running ads on Pinterest, X, LinkedIn or other platforms is a plus.
- Experience working in the UK or Pacific markets, and in a fast-paced digital business or startup.
- Speaking a second language is a plus.
