About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Meta Media Buyer who knows how to build and scale lead generation campaigns, with insurance, auto, or other high-volume consumer industries being a strong plus. You’ll need advanced expertise in Meta advertising and direct-response video, using performance data to generate qualified leads, inbound calls, and measurable customer acquisition.
This role is built around growth, efficiency, and return on ad spend. You’ll take ownership of campaigns from initial strategy and creative testing through optimization and scale. You’ll also work closely on the creative side, developing campaign angles, messaging, hooks, headlines, and video concepts or scripts that capture attention and drive action.
Core Tasks:
• Build, launch, and scale Meta ad campaigns across affiliate insurance offers.
• Develop original ad copy, video scripts, and creative concepts for new campaigns and A/B tests.
• Collaborate with internal or freelance creators to produce high-converting UGC-style and scripted video ads.
• Continuously test hooks, CTAs, and copy variations to improve conversion rates.
• Analyze performance data and optimize for KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CVR, ROAS.
• Align campaign targeting and lead quality with affiliate partners and call buyers.
• Stay ahead of Meta ad policies, competitor trends, and compliance shifts in regulated verticals.
• Document learnings, share winning formulas, and help build creative testing frameworks.
Must Haves:
• 3+ years of Meta media buying experience in affiliate or lead generation.
• Must have some experience working within financial services policy in Meta.
• Strong knowledge of how Meta pixels and CAPI setup works.
• Strong creative and copywriting skills — you can write ad copy and video scripts that drive direct response.
• Experience developing and testing video ads from concept to final edit.
• Deep understanding of direct-response principles, funnel optimization, and audience targeting.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Strong (C-level) written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time CST or EST-aligned hours .
Nice to Have:
• Hands-on experience in the auto insurance industry strongly preferred.
