Tiugo is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to drive demand and educate product teams and developers about their developer tools. The role involves creating high-quality content and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

Responsibilities:
- Own the integrated content campaign strategy linked to the broader growth marketing strategy.
- Drive high-quality conversations and product adoption across the portfolio of brands through integrated campaigns.
- Translate product capabilities into engaging content that leads with authenticity and value.
- Implement an enterprise content system at scale for efficient content creation and distribution.
- Fuel growth marketing efforts with optimized content for every stage of the customer journey.
- Partner with product leaders and sales to create credible and technically accurate content.
- Define and drive measurement and concrete ROI across campaigns.

Requirement:
- 7+ years of creating and leading digital content efforts.
- Proven track record of generating high-quality demand with senior decision makers.
- High bar for excellent content tailored for future channels and formats.
- Ability to build systems that meet growth targets.
- Expertise in digital channels (LLMs, Meta, YouTube, Search, TikTok, Reddit, etc.).
- Comfort with video content creation.
- Experience partnering with technical product leaders.
