Short Summary:
SDG is looking for a Senior UA Manager to launch, manage, and scale Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for dating products, focusing on both app and web funnels.
Responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and scale Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Own campaign performance: analyze key metrics, optimize budgets, improve ROI/CPA/CPI, and scale traffic efficiently.
- Develop and test new growth hypotheses: audiences, GEOs, placements, ad formats, landing pages, app/web flows, and creative angles.
- Work closely with the creative team: research competitors, generate creative hypotheses, prepare briefs, and evaluate creative performance.
- Build structured reporting and improve campaign management processes, including automation.
Requirement:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads, ideally in dating, gaming, iGaming, entertainment, or high-volume B2C products.
- Proven experience managing significant monthly budgets: at least $100k/month, ideally scaling up to $400k–$500k/month.
- Strong experience with both app and web acquisition funnels; web experience is especially important.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to work with data, reports, Google Sheets/Excel, GA4, and internal analytics/CRM tools.
- Russian fluency; English reading/writing skills sufficient for tools and documentation.
