Responsibilities:
- Frame the problem and sharpen it into a clear problem statement.
- Define what great looks like for your surface and hold that standard.
- Use AI-assisted tools to build working prototypes.
- Own the product strategy and connect metric movements to design decisions.
- Build the evaluation layer for AI surfaces, ensuring quality checks.
- Shape how other builders approach problems through review and shared standards.
- Model AI-native practices for the team and maintain the design system.

Requirement:
- Strong design eye with the ability to prototype consumer experiences end-to-end.
- Genuine fluency with consumer AI products and experience shipping AI-powered features.
- Ability to articulate design principles that distinguish valuable AI from noise.
- Independently strategic with a track record of making the right calls in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to point to consumer metrics that moved due to design decisions owned.
