Responsibilities:
- Own the Bridge: Act as the primary liaison between clients and the delivery team, managing requirements end-to-end.
- Diagnose the Real Problem: Uncover the root operational challenge and define a structured strategy to solve it.
- Translate to Specs: Turn client requirements into actionable technical briefs for engineering teams.
- Manage the Delivery Loop: Present delivered work to clients, gather feedback, and iterate.
- Prototype Early: Build rapid prototypes to validate direction and align expectations.
- Prioritize Ruthlessly: Balance competing client and technical requirements against business impact.
- Demo with Confidence: Present work clearly in high-stakes client-facing settings.
Requirement:
- Experience: 8+ years as a Product Owner or in client-facing roles.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Success in collaborating with non-product functions to gather operational signals.
- Customer-Centric Track Record: Experience in gathering feedback and turning it into actionable product evolution.
- Communication & Presentation: Strong communication skills for demoing and presenting to clients.
- Structured Mindset: Exceptional logical and analytical thinking.
- Adaptability: Thrives in fast-changing environments.
- AI Fluency: Comfortable working with advanced AI tools.
