Product Manager

Performa is an international HR agency specializing in connecting top talent with leading companies across the iGaming, IT, and Marketing industries. We help businesses scale their teams and support professionals in finding opportunities where they can unlock their full potential. Our client is a product-driven iGaming startup developing a new white-label product for a Tier-1 market. The project is currently in the final stage before launch, with a core team already in place. We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Product who will take ownership of the product direction, help shape the strategy, and lead the product team through the next stage of growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the overall product strategy in line with business goals. Define product priorities, build and maintain the product roadmap, and oversee execution. Analyze product metrics and user behavior to make data-driven decisions. Work closely with Development, Analytics, CRM, Marketing, and Design teams. Identify new growth opportunities for the product and develop hypotheses to validate them. Improve the user experience and continuously optimize product performance. Lead and support the product team, ensuring clear priorities, effective collaboration, and high-quality delivery. Take ownership of the product lifecycle, from launch and further development to ongoing optimization. Requirements Experience in the iGaming industry is a must. Proven experience managing a product team. Previous experience as a Product Lead, Team Lead Product, or Senior Product Manager. Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle. Hands-on experience with A/B testing, product metrics, and hypothesis-driven product development. A strong analytical and data-driven mindset. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of product decisions.
