What You Will Be Doing:

• Drive Product Growth: Better package, articulate, and scale the value proposition of our Crypto Transaction Monitoring product to unlock unsold market potential.

• Ship Travel Rule Enhancements: Execute key strategic product launches for our Travel Rule framework to solve complex, non-standardized cross-jurisdictional needs for our clients.

• Define Web3 Strategy (0–6 Months): Take ownership of our decentralized strategy (including DeFi and non-custodial wallet interactions) where no playbook currently exists. Build a clear, executable roadmap from scratch.

• Be the Team’s Spark: Act as the strategic engine working closely with engineering, bizdev, marketing, and leadership (e.g., Emeka) to align teams and turn ideas into shipped features.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of PM experience in B2B crypto, fintech, or blockchain infrastructure.

• Deep Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of blockchain transaction flows, smart contracts, AML/KYT, and on-chain intelligence.

• Ideal Backgrounds: Experience building blockchain analytics, transaction investigation/clustering tools, or privacy/mixing protocols. (Note: Pure consumer wallet/custody experience is NOT a fit for this role).

• Technical Depth: Hands-on experience working with APIs, webhooks, rule engines, and third-party integrations—you know what is technically feasible and what isn't.

• Ownership & Drive: High energy, proactive execution, and the ability to drive clarity in an evolving, ambiguous market.

• Location: Europe (preferred) to align with core team working hours.

Nice to Have:

• Direct experience with Travel Rule, KYT, or dApp integrations.

• Strong domain network across crypto partners and protocols.
