Short Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Own catalog product strategy: define “catalog health” and measure it.
- Partner with teams on discovery to identify workflow issues and data-model debt.
- Define release slices for optimizing time to value.
- Measure and analyze success metrics aligned with business goals.
- Align product team on strategy and prioritize work for user outcomes.
- Build artifacts that unify the organization.
- Stay hands-on through all product phases: discovery, scoping, build, launch, and iteration.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure catalog decisions are effective.
- Define feedback methods with category managers and suppliers.
Requirement:
- 7+ years of product management experience, particularly in catalog, PIM, or commerce data systems.
- Experience with catalog/PIM systems at scale.
- Background in e-commerce or marketplace product management.
- Technical and analytical skills in data modeling and system architecture.
- Strong stakeholder fluency and ability to create alignment across teams.
- Comfortable in ambiguous environments and capable of making decisions under uncertainty.
