Short Summary:
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social to accelerate growth across Monzo's Personal Banking products. You'll help shape the strategy and own the execution and performance of our paid social channels, driving customer acquisition while continuously improving how we test, learn and scale.
Responsibilities:
- Own the performance of Paid Social acquisition, delivering sustainable customer growth across channels including Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Reddit.
- Help to shape the Paid Social strategy, partnering with the Growth Marketing Lead to evolve the long-term approach.
- Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns designed to hit business goals, managing budgets to deliver against growth and efficiency targets.
- Build and evolve experimentation frameworks across creative, audiences, bidding and measurement to improve performance over time.
- Partner with Brand, Creative, Product Marketing, Data and Engineering to develop effective campaigns grounded in user insights and data.
- Develop strong relationships with platform partners and stay ahead of industry developments, new products and best practice.
- Contribute to the growth of the team by sharing knowledge, improving ways of working and supporting more junior colleagues.
- Ensure all campaign activity meets Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) financial promotion requirements.
Requirement:
- 4+ years of hands-on paid social experience, ideally within financial services or another highly regulated environment.
- Experience running high-performing brand and acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, and Reddit.
- Independently owned performance marketing channels and delivered measurable growth.
- Managed significant paid social budgets and are comfortable making decisions that balance commercial outcomes with customer impact.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex performance data clearly and influence stakeholders.
- Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners and tools such as Looker.
