Short Summary:
Lytx is expanding its Product Management team to enhance its video telematics products. The Senior Director will lead product strategy and execution for hardware and software applications, engaging with customers and internal teams to identify market opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Establish the product roadmap and communicate business vision.
- Manage a team of product managers to deliver products and strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering for future releases.
- Analyze market opportunities and competitive landscape.
- Provide leadership for strategic, technical, marketing, and lifecycle management.
- Determine buy/build/partner decisions.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.
- 15+ years of Product Management experience in B2B, focusing on HW/Firmware.
- Proven leadership abilities to manage a team of product managers.
- Strong customer orientation and experience in building customer-centric products.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
- Effective data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Nice to have: Experience with cellular enabled, IoT, and telematics devices.
