Short Summary:
At HelloFresh, you will be part of a dynamic team that embraces innovation and leverages advanced technology to create exceptional experiences. You’ll manage and optimize the platform by resolving complex issues, supporting users, and driving automation and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for all L2 queries related to the Google Workspace suite.
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex user issues.
- Improve quality of service by analyzing ticket data and proposing improvements.
- Write and maintain clear technical documentation.
- Escalate critical issues to and collaborate with third-party vendor support.
- Handle advanced data management tasks.
- Manage security settings to ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirement:
- In-depth knowledge of the Google Workspace Admin Console.
- Expertise in Google Workspace Services, including Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar.
- Strong technical skills in DNS, email routing, and email protocols.
- Professional Workspace Administrator Certification is required.
- Advanced Problem-Solving and excellent communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and time management abilities.
