Product Strategy team serves as the strategic central planning to drive Food and Express growth in Vietnam. We solve complex operational challenges across driver supply reliability and merchant enterprise growth by uniting commercial planning, product strategy, and AI-driven analytics. Joining us means building scalable GTM strategies and marketplace innovations that directly impact millions of consumers, driver-partners, and merchant partners nationwide.

Get to Know the Role

We're looking for an Associate, Product Strategy (Deliveries) to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. You will play an important part in shaping the strategic direction of our Deliveries operations and driving product experiments innovation. The team drives problem solving on a broad product portfolio within Deliveries sector (Food, Express), Drivers experience, and strategic Go-To-Market motions for supply balance and demand creation.

You will report to the Lead, GE and Commercial, Special Projects.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Lead strategic creation of Grab Vietnam Deliveries product roadmaps targeting our Driver-partners with impact analysis.
• Fixate roadmap, requirements, specifications with guided business OKRs. Your utmost advantage in this role is to be at the intersection of business and product technology, driving decisions with data-fluent GTM strategies.
• Design and deploy impactful experiments (A/B testing, geo-rollouts) to rigorously measure the incremental impact of product features and GTM strategies.
• Collaborate with country and regional Product, Strategy teams for roadmap agreement and deployment.
• Non-stop incorporate, pivot and iterate in context of changing market trends, competitor moves and Grab strategic visions.
• Develop quantitative frameworks to monitor competitive marketplace intelligence and recommend strategic portfolio pivots and GTM sequence adjustments.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Minimum 3 years of experience with product and business records, preferably in the tech or delivery sector.
• Collaborator with will-do and can-do spirit, able to work with multiple departments and country- regional stakeholders. Absolute accountability with owned problem spaces.
• Elite data fluency and is natural with SQL, Python, Sheets, and automated analytical tools.
• Familiarity with agentic analytics tools and agentic models, such as Claude, GPT, and MCPs, is also present. Additionally, applied economics expertise, particularly in platform and pricing dynamics, is possessed.
• The ability to use data to drive decisions, measure product performance, and communicate impact is essential. This skill also involves getting buy-in from senior executives.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• Experience with product technical sides to communicate business needs with our engineering team.
