Short Summary:
As a Lead Product Manager for GrabMart Fulfilment, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for fulfilling GrabMart orders reliably and efficiently. You will lead cross-functional problem spaces and work closely with various teams to improve the reliability and efficiency of GrabMart.
Responsibilities:
- Own and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GrabMart Fulfilment.
- Improve end-to-end reliability and efficiency across the fulfilment journey.
- Shape and validate new fulfilment models to support evolving customer needs.
- Influence decision-making and prioritisation by balancing stakeholder perspectives.
- Conduct user research and data analysis to translate insights into product requirements.
- Lead product discovery, experimentation, and pilot execution, defining success metrics.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and product strategies to various audiences.
- Embrace AI and large language models to enhance product discovery and operational experiences.
Requirement:
- At least 8 years of direct product management experience at a technology company, preferably in marketplace products, logistics, or platform products.
- Strong experience in defining product strategy and roadmaps, leading discovery, and measuring impact.
- Ability to solve problems amidst ambiguity in a fast-growing space.
- Demonstrated user-centricity and ability to translate insights into product requirements.
- Comfortable engaging in technical discussions and explaining concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical judgement and proficiency in using evidence to guide product decisions.
- Experience influencing diverse stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think in first principles and design scalable products.
- Practical fluency in adopting AI in product development.
