Short Summary:
As the Performance Marketing Manager at Freedx, you will lead the development and execution of data-driven campaigns across various digital channels to maximize new user acquisition, reduce cost per acquisition (CPA), and increase lifetime value (LTV). You will oversee email direct marketing (EDM) and lifecycle marketing initiatives, optimizing customer journey touchpoints for engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (Search, Display, Social, Affiliate, etc.) to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Own and optimize paid media spend, ensuring efficient allocation of budget across platforms based on ROI.
- Plan and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns, including onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation to enhance overall user engagement.
- Oversee the EDM strategy: segment audiences, create compelling content, and establish automated workflows for personalized user journeys.
- Continuously analyze channel performance, identify areas for improvement, and run A/B tests to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and brand consistency.
- Produce regular performance reports, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations in the cryptocurrency and financial sectors.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing, ideally within tech or fintech industries.
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
