Responsibilities:
- Drive the shopping experience roadmap: Shape how customers discover and evaluate lodging on Engine.
- Own conversion and retention: Move the metrics that matter and run experiments across the funnel.
- Make lodging shopping consumer grade: Enhance the shopping experience to match top consumer travel products.
- Partner across product, design, and engineering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and ship quickly.
Requirement:
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in product management with a strong track record in shopping funnels.
- Experimentation chops: Experience in designing and running experiments in a test and learn environment.
- Consumer grade instincts: Ability to notice details that enhance the shopping experience.
- Judgment: Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Presence and agency: Accountability for decisions and outcomes in collaboration with design, engineering, and commercial partners.
