Short Summary: At Bosch, we shape the future by inventing high-quality technologies and services. We are looking for a Sr. Field Application Engineer to provide technical customer support and coordinate with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product integration.
Responsibilities: - Responsible for technical customer support and coordination. - First point of technical contact for customers, providing feedback and solutions. - Assist customers in designing Bosch products correctly. - Coordinate technical customer meetings and document requirements. - Support customer quality issues during development phases. - Establish customer relationships and assist in pre-selling activities. - Provide information on application-specific trends and support local communication. - Coordinate customer PPAP and support sample warehouse activities.
Requirement: - Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. - 5+ years of experience in design/application engineering with semiconductors, MEMS, or electronic control modules. - Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly. - Knowledge of automotive electronics and vehicle systems. - Ability to travel nationally/internationally as required.
