Short Summary:
Join Aleph in shaping the future of digital advertising. We are looking for a data-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid social acquisition efforts across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Full responsibility for all White Label campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
- Primary Contact for White Label Clients: Build strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Full-Funnel Strategy & A/B Testing: Develop cross-channel performance strategies and run structured A/B tests.
- Prospecting & Retargeting: Plan and execute campaigns with a solid understanding of audience segmentation.
- Tracking Implementation & Technical Troubleshooting: Own pixel and tag setups and resolve technical issues.
- Budget Management & Platform Strategy: Manage budget allocation and analyze key KPIs.
- Insight-Driven Reporting: Create clear performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with various teams for seamless delivery.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience across multiple platforms.
- Proven e-commerce performance marketing experience.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Deep expertise with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and others.
- Technical proficiency in pixel/tag setup, Conversion API, and GA4.
- Solid understanding of attribution models and conversion measurement.
- Familiarity with BI and reporting tools is a plus.
