Short Summary:
Wisebits is looking for an experienced Project Manager for the DevOps & Infrastructure Team to manage projects in DevOps and information security, ensuring effective coordination and delivery of initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Manage projects in DevOps and information security, including planning, prioritization, deadline tracking, and task and resource allocation.
- Coordinate the work of DevOps & Infrastructure Team to deliver infrastructure and security initiatives.
- Organize processes related to automation, monitoring, system updates, and the implementation of security controls.
- Define the scope of tasks, break them down into manageable components, and establish realistic delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product teams, IT, security, and development to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Optimize DevOps and Security processes, improving team transparency, predictability, and overall efficiency.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, preferably within infrastructure, systems, or security teams.
- Ability to estimate the scope of tasks, set priorities, and break down complex initiatives into achievable steps.
- Hands-on experience with the Atlassian stack or similar tools and software for task creation, tracking, and management.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies, with the ability to adapt them to the specific needs of infrastructure projects.
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills, with the ability to align multiple technical teams.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps initiatives, CI/CD automation, and internal security audits is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, and similar solutions is a plus.
- Understanding of ITIL principles and change-management or incident-management processes is a plus.
