Senior Technical Project Manager

We invite a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team and lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a highly technical environment. In this individual contributor role, you’ll use your technical understanding, strong sense of ownership, and ability to influence without direct authority to drive delivery across multiple teams, manage dependencies and risks, remove blockers, and ensure alignment across technical and business stakeholders.

✅ Is that you?

• 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience in software development
• Experience managing enterprise software projects across multiple teams
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC
• Ability to understand and discuss software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, and CI/CD
• Experience working with engineering, architecture, and product teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution
• Strong ownership, accountability, and independence, with the ability to lead and influence without direct authority
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and work effectively under pressure
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Desirable:

• Experience with cloud-based POS platforms
• Experience with payment processing or payment systems
• Experience in retail technology
• Experience in FinTech or enterprise commerce platforms

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll drive complex technical initiatives and support successful delivery across multiple teams.

• Drive complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams
• Coordinate Product Managers, Architects, Team Leads, Scrum Masters, and external stakeholders
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and escalations
• Facilitate technical discussions, remove blockers, and help resolve delivery challenges
• Clearly communicate project status, risks, and decisions to technical and business stakeholders
• Support production releases and large-scale product initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and cross-team collaboration
