Short Summary:
Waracle is seeking a Learning, Development & Enablement Manager to shape their AI and L&D strategy, champion career growth, and lead inclusive learning across a digital transformation consultancy.
Responsibilities:
- Evolving L&D Strategy & AI Fluency: Design and scale creative learning pathways that boost AI and digital literacy.
- Building Clear Career Pathways: Partner with Practice Leaders and the People team to create structured learning journeys.
- Leadership & Coaching: Design and facilitate workshops and coaching initiatives for Line Managers.
- Facilitation & Course Curation: Lead workshops, curate learning content, and ensure high standards for client-facing courses.
- Cultivating Inclusive Communities: Support internal practice chapters and organize networking events.
- Redeveloping the Waracle Academy: Relaunch Academy and graduate programs for early-career talent.
Requirement:
- L&D Expertise in Tech: Experience in designing and facilitating learning initiatives in a tech environment.
- Collaborative Leadership: Ability to partner with leaders and transform career frameworks into actionable learning steps.
- Passion for Mentorship & People: Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-On Facilitation Skills: Experience in leading workshops and coaching for emerging leaders.
- Modern Platform & Community Experience: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and community building.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Use learning metrics to improve course quality and engagement.
