Short Summary:
The Vector Institute is seeking a Program Coordinator to support daily operations related to AI workforce development, employer engagement, and early talent initiatives. This role involves administration, execution, and coordination of various talent-related programming.
Responsibilities:
- Support the operation of early talent and work-integrated learning programs.
- Coordinate program communications, timelines, data collection, and logistics.
- Manage funding reimbursements and data organization for impact reporting.
- Coordinate logistics for in-person gatherings and provide platform administration support.
- Communicate with employers regarding job postings and maintain candidate profiles.
- Assist with employer onboarding and support inquiries.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams for event visibility.
- Support early talent events like the AI Summit and Career Fair.
- Ensure efficient coordination of employer registrations and event logistics.
- Prepare post-event reports and respond to talent-related inquiries.
Requirement:
- Undergraduate degree in a related field (business administration, communications, STEM, etc.).
- Highly organized with strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Suite.
- Experience in event coordination, program administration, or employer engagement is an asset.
