Working closely with the Global Head of Business Administration and Product Leadership Team, the role serves as a central coordination point across Product, Investments, Distribution, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Operations to help drive execution, transparency, and organizational effectiveness across the global Product platform. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and maintain the Global Product Pipeline across regional, Private Markets, and Digital Assets teams, ensuring timely reporting and transparency of product activity. Develop and distribute management reporting, dashboards, and analytics related to product pipeline, strategic initiatives, KPIs, and Product governance activities. Support Global Product communications, including newsletters, town halls, all-hands meetings, leadership updates, and other organizational engagement initiatives. Prepare presentations, briefing materials, meeting packs, and action logs for Product Leadership, Product Committees, Fund Boards, and other management forums. Maintain and report on key Product KPIs, organizational objectives, and strategic initiatives, including financial and operational metrics. Coordinate agendas, content, materials, and follow-up actions for Product Leadership Team meetings, governance committees, town halls, and leadership forums. Support Product leadership with cross-functional projects and initiatives spanning Product, Investments, Distribution, Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Human Resources. Develop, maintain, and administer Global Product operating documents, policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and committee materials. Support annual strategic planning activities, including roadmap tracking, OGSM reporting, milestone management, and business case coordination. Assist with oversight, reporting, and governance of seed capital, co-investment capital, and other Product-related investment initiatives. Coordinate and maintain centralized tracking for strategic projects, audit items, risk issues, business continuity activities, and key organizational commitments. Manage Product project plans, status reporting, action tracking, and management information systems to support executive decision-making. Support Product technology and data initiatives, including requirements gathering, technology demand tracking, dashboard development, and AI adoption activities. Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, headcount planning, and other financial and operational management activities. Support development of business cases, executive presentations, organizational analyses, and special projects for the Product Leadership Team. Perform additional business management and operational support responsibilities as required to support Global Product priorities. Work Experience: 3–7 years of relevant experience in business management, product management, strategy, project management, operations, consulting, finance, or a related function within financial services or asset management. Understanding of the asset management industry, investment products, product development, and governance processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and business materials. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across Product, Investments, Distribution, Technology, Finance, Risk, Operations, and other functional teams. Experience developing management reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Power BI, data visualization tools, or project management platforms is a plus. Interest in technology, data, automation, and AI-enabled business processes. Proactive, self-motivated individual with a continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail. Formal Education: Undergraduate degree in business, finance or related discipline required MBA and/or CFA preferred Working Conditions: Office environment with little exposure to noise, dust and temperatures Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment The total compensation offered for this position, which includes salary and incentive pay, will vary based on skills, experience and location. The salary range for this position in Downer's Grove is $115,000 to $155,000 annually.
