Short Summary:
As a GTM Engineer at Uncapped, you will own the outbound process end to end, transforming a fragmented outbound motion into a coherent, multi-channel engine. This role involves working cross-functionally to develop plays that integrate with the outbound strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Own outbound end to end, from infrastructure and deliverability to tools and data.
- Design and build scalable systems for prospecting, enrichment, and outreach.
- Equip SDRs with world-class tooling, playbooks, and data insights.
- Build ICP models, scoring frameworks, and segmentation logic for targeted outreach.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize GTM tools for a high-performance outbound engine.
- Track, analyze, and report on outbound metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure outbound systems integrate seamlessly with broader GTM strategy and product capabilities.

Requirement:
- 4+ years of experience in GTM tech stacks.
- Hands-on and resourceful, comfortable with both strategy and execution.
- Highly analytical and creative, blending technical problem-solving with strategic thinking.
- Detail-oriented and passionate about craft and impact.
