Executive Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter (Headhunter) to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent for our growing portfolio of iGaming brands. If you have a keen eye for exceptional professionals and a deep understanding of the gambling industry, we want you on our team. You'll be responsible for hunting and acquiring hard-to-find specialists and senior leadership across our iGaming operations. This role requires strategic thinking, extensive networking, and the ability to effectively communicate our vision to the industry's top professionals. WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE: 3+ years of headhunting/executive recruitment experience in iGaming, gambling, or high-growth tech industries Deep understanding of iGaming roles and industry specifics (regulatory environment, key positions, required competencies) Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level and hard-to-fill positions Extensive network within the gambling industry across multiple markets Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close challenging candidates Proactive and persistent approach to sourcing - you don't wait for candidates to come to you Excellent communication skills in English and Russian/Ukrainian (additional languages are a plus) HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Strategic Talent Acquisition Proactively source and headhunt top talent for senior and niche positions (C-level) Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates across key markets Develop creative sourcing strategies to find professionals who aren't actively looking Map the competitive landscape and identify key talent at competitor companies Relationship Building Establish and nurture relationships with industry leaders and potential candidates Attend iGaming conferences and events to network and identify talent Build a personal brand as a trusted recruiter in the iGaming space Maintain long-term connections with candidates for future opportunities End-to-End Recruitment Conduct in-depth consultations with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and growth potential Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial outreach to offer negotiation Present compelling opportunities and sell the company vision to top candidates Market Intelligence Monitor industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent movements Provide insights on hiring challenges and market conditions Advise leadership on competitive positioning and talent acquisition strategies Track key metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness) WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE: Flexible working hours and a remote work setup, so you can plan work around your life and not your life around work!
