Short Summary:
The TikTok Design Team aims to provide a first-class user experience for millions of users globally. The internship program offers hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Interns will work on AI product design and collaborate with various teams.

Responsibilities:
- Design TikTok’s AI products and tools from concept to launch.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to build a trustworthy, user‑centric AI experience.
- Understand business goals and user needs; drive C‑side design from logic mapping to final implementation.
- Stay current with AI interaction trends and help define design standards for AI products.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) in daily workflows to boost efficiency and quality.

Requirement:
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate, Master's degree in HCI, AI, Computer Science, Design, Psychology, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong interaction and UI skills; proficient in Figma and familiar with iOS/Android design guidelines.
- Frequent user of AI products with a clear understanding of AI capabilities and interaction paradigms.
- Self‑motivated, hands‑on, and learning‑oriented.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Passion for AI product design, curiosity, and a global perspective.
