We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong technical background to support up to three Agile teams. This individual will serve as a servant-leader, coach, and facilitator who guides teams in Scrum practices while supporting efficient delivery, technical discussions, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience supporting multiple Agile teams
- Understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile values, principles, practices, and frameworks
- Strong technical background with familiarity in software development concepts and workflows
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and servant-leadership skills
- Experience removing delivery impediments and addressing technical blockers
- Strong conflict-resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to influence without authority and build trust across teams and the organization
- Experience promoting team self-management, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with Agile Metrics Portal (AMP) metrics

Responsibilities
- Support up to three Agile teams
- Lead and facilitate Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives
- Ensure Scrum ceremonies are productive, time-boxed, and effective
- Identify, track, and remove impediments affecting team progress
- Use technical knowledge to understand development workflows and complex technical blockers
- Coach team members in self-management, cross-functionality, Scrum values, and Agile practices
- Provide guidance on Agile methodologies and relevant technical practices
- Promote collaboration among Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders
- Facilitate effective communication across technical and business teams
- Guide teams in refining Agile and Scrum practices to improve productivity, processes, and product quality
- Protect development teams from external distractions and unnecessary interference
- Assist Product Owners with Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
- Help ensure backlog items are clear and concise
- Support teams in creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done
- Encourage appropriate technical practices, including DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing
- Help the broader organization understand and adopt Scrum and Agile principles through training, coaching, and advising
