Short Summary:
Scopely is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join our global People Team in the Sevilla studio hub. The role involves partnering with leadership to define and deliver People strategies that enable business growth and player success.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with MGO leadership and the Director PBP to define and deliver the People strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing coaching on leadership, development, and performance.
- Drive core talent management initiatives: succession planning, career development, performance calibration, and leadership development.
- Support leaders and teams through transformation and rapid growth.
- Collaborate closely with other PBPs and COEs globally.

Requirement:
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into actionable People initiatives.
- Extensive experience partnering with senior leaders in a global, matrixed environment.
- Proven success in organizational design, talent management, and leading change.
- Excellent coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution capabilities with a data-driven approach.
- Fluent in English, with deep knowledge of Spanish labor law and employee relations practices.
