Scopely is seeking a Production Director for MONOPOLY GO! to oversee the operational health, planning, and execution of seasonal content. This role requires strategic leadership and tactical execution, ensuring high-quality content delivery and player impact.

Responsibilities:
- Lead production for the Seasonal Content organization, overseeing planning and execution of MONOPOLY GO! seasons.
- Own operational health of the seasonal portfolio, balancing player experience, content quality, and business objectives.
- Drive long-term evolution of the seasonal content pipeline.
- Partner with leadership across various departments to align priorities.
- Manage production planning, capacity, and resource forecasting.
- Identify execution risks and operational gaps proactively.
- Champion continuous improvement in production methodologies and workflows.
- Mentor Production Managers and Producers to enhance production effectiveness.

Requirement:
- Extensive experience in large-scale live-service game development.
- Proven success as a Production Director or equivalent leader.
- Strong expertise in production planning and operational excellence.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and diplomacy skills.
- Experience leading organizations through operational change.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
