Short Summary:
In this role, you'll design and develop competitive total rewards programs that shape how SAP attracts, motivates, and retains top talent globally.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop compensation frameworks aligned with SAP's business strategy.
- Conduct market analyses and translate complex data into clear recommendations.
- Collaborate across Total Reward pillars, regional teams, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure programs are globally consistent yet locally relevant.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 6–8+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, benchmarking, and compliance.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide rewards initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
