Short Summary:
The Learning Office Lead is responsible for defining and executing the capability transformation strategy for the SAP Global Cloud Operations (GCO) Cloud Architecture Advisory (CAA) organization. This role ensures that Cloud Architects and Advisors possess the necessary capabilities to support SAP's evolving cloud portfolio and customer transformation journeys.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze SAP's business strategy, technology roadmap, market trends, and organizational priorities to identify future skill requirements.
- Conduct regular skills assessments and capability reviews.
- Design annual and multi-year learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Establish learning governance, processes, and measurement frameworks.
- Define certification strategy aligned with SAP strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with business leaders, HR, talent management teams, and learning providers.
- Evaluate AI-powered learning platforms and personalized learning solutions.

Requirement:
- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related roles.
- Proven track record designing and delivering multi-modal learning programs.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise LMS (ideally SAP SuccessFactors Learning).
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's a plus).
