Short Summary:
The SAP Internship Experience Program is a global, strategic, paid internship program for university students, providing opportunities to find purpose in their careers. Interns will work with Services Sales teams to ensure a harmonized approach to customer engagement across the quote to contract process.
Responsibilities:
- Process and develop consulting and education opportunities in existing SAP clients using SAP tools.
- Contribute to revenue growth by processing profitable services sales and achieving targets.
- Responsible for end-to-end deal processing related to customer opportunities.
- Work with a cross-functional team on Q2C relevant functions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Services Account Managers to drive deal velocity and compliance.
- Support customer relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
- Process customer service requests and comply with operational procedures.
- Become an expert in SAP Services Sales tools and processes.
Requirement:
- Current University student.
- Fluency in English and a second local language.
- Advanced level of sales training and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working across different cultures.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Experience in sales support and services quote to contract process is a plus.
