Short Summary:
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) works directly with customers to guide them through their business journey with SAP solutions, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and upsells for Cloud products.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully complete a 10-month learn-apply program, including classroom and field phases.
- Immerse in experiential learning focused on digital transformation and business acumen.
- Enhance skills in managing customer retention and driving value realization.
- Receive onboarding and mentoring from a senior CSM professional.
- Transition into a direct customer-facing CSM role upon program completion.
Requirement:
- 2–3 years of experience in customer support and business transformation, ideally in consulting or account management.
- Proven ability to deliver strategic guidance and solutions for customer success.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and creative thinking skills.
- Proficiency in English and understanding of AI fundamentals.
- Knowledge in areas such as SAP Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Customer Experience.
