Short Summary:
As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will support the commercial deal process by collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal. Your role involves pricing support, deal structuring, and ensuring accurate opportunity closure in Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Quantum's product packaging, pricing models, and commercial policies.
- Draft, review, and manage standard and complex Order Forms.
- Review customer redlines to Order Forms and guide internal stakeholders.
- Partner with teams to structure customer-focused solutions.
- Support opportunity management in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Identify process improvements and drive initiatives for the deal lifecycle.
- Collaborate cross-functionally for a consistent customer experience.
- Contribute to Deal Desk scalability through special projects.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Deal Desk or similar commercial operations role.
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and a CPQ platform (DealHub preferred).
- Familiarity with MSAs, Order Forms, and customer contract redlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality support.
- Self-starter with initiative, curiosity, and accountability.
