Short Summary:
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Senior Services Engagement Engineer to support customers with long-term, post-sales Premium Engagement contracts and oversee the delivery of contracted services.

Responsibilities:
- Understand customer’s business and analyze current customer situation, SAP solution operations, and IT service delivery.
- Identify and assess potential issues and risks related to SAP solutions and customer initiatives.
- Support engagement planning of Premium Engagement services tailored to customer requirements.
- Create a value proposition and secure customer alignment through collaboration with various teams.
- Ensure engagement quality and execution of Premium Engagement services, including governance and resource management.
- Execute engineering services and allocate resources for projects.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation; or a Master’s degree with four (4) years of experience.
- Experience must include four (4) years in technology support service, SAP Basis principles, root cause analysis, change management, and managing delivery of support services.
