Short Summary:
As a key member of the People Technology & Operations team, you will be instrumental in the continued expansion and deployment of Workday functionality, partnering with stakeholders to implement streamlined operations processes and optimal technology solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Absence Management Workday configuration.
- Cross-functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, and other teams.
- Review proposed system changes for process improvement.
- Build and modify custom reports for optimization.
- Triage and configure Workday enhancements or fixes.
- Build and maintain organizational hierarchies and custom security roles.
- Partner with People Operations teams to document business requirements.
- Champion Samsara's cultural principles as we scale globally.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of professional experience in fast-growing, global companies.
- 2+ years experience in Workday Absence configuration.
- Experience in Workday business process configuration and HCM modules.
- Strong understanding of leave and absence management processes.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and prioritization.
- Ability to prioritize workload and deliver enhancements on time.
