Salary range 23,300 - 43,300 PLN gross based on the employment contract. Annual bonus payment based on your performance (target 20%).

Short Summary:
As a senior global engineering leader, you will build and lead high-performing engineering teams that are defining the future of AI-ready data infrastructure. You will empower your teams while fostering a culture of technical excellence, psychological safety, and rapid experimentation.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identifies and develops future-focused engineering team capabilities.
- Mentors team members on long-term career paths.
- Addresses and helps resolve complex, systemic roadblocks.
- Establishes and monitors metrics for team health and sustainability.
- Co-creates the multi-year architecture vision and technology strategy for core contextual platforms.
- Drives initiatives to improve engineering processes and collaboration models.
- Defines success metrics around AI context quality and measurable business impact.
- Manages resource allocation across multiple projects and the team's budget.
Requirement:
- 10+ years of progressive engineering and people leadership experience in global tech or regulated healthcare/life sciences organizations.
- Proven track record of leading distributed, multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) or equivalent experience in a related quantitative field is a plus.
- Deep Domain Expertise in AI readiness paradigms and enterprise data architecture models.
