Short Summary:
As a Customer Logistics Manager, you will oversee the supply chain activities to ensure on-time and in-full delivery of Drug Products and Finished Products to third-party customer markets, ensuring world-class service levels and implementing effective supply chain strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure global market supply to third-party customers on time in full at the right quality and cost.
- Partner with stakeholders for upstream replenishment coordination and manage operational issues in a GxP compliant way.
- Continuously improve the cost-to-serve model and manage the order to cash process.
- Check and amend contracts, establishing and monitoring KPI metrics.
- Leverage data for decision making using analytics and simulation tools.
- Monitor stock and shelf life of Direct Market materials.
- Coordinate supply chain risk management plans.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or 5+ years of hands-on supply chain experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Deep understanding of the distribution environment, including transportation and customs regulations.
- Strong communication skills to connect between Business, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.
- Business proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
