Are you passionate about process improvement, logistics operations, and system implementations? We are looking for a Warehouse, Logistics Process Transformation Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in transforming warehouse and logistics processes through the implementation of modern ERP and WMS solutions.
In this position, you will act as a bridge between operational teams and project stakeholders, ensuring successful execution of process improvements, system implementations, and organizational change initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the implementation of warehouse and logistics process improvements.
Represent the Logistics department in cooperation with the implementation team responsible for a new Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Monitor project timelines, identify potential risks, and support mitigation activities throughout implementation projects.
Test ERP and WMS processes before deployment and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
Track and report project progress, milestones, and implementation status.
Prepare data analyses, process visualizations, presentations, and project documentation.
Support the development of user documentation, operational standards, and end-user training materials.
Collaborate with system architects, developers, external consultants, Production Engineering, and cross-functional teams.
Identify and eliminate process inconsistencies during validation and implementation phases.
Develop and optimize cost-effective logistics processes and workflows.
Work with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree or higher (technical degree is an advantage).
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role involving logistics, warehouse operations, process improvement, or project coordination.
Knowledge of logistics, production engineering, and/or project management principles would be a strong asset.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Intermediate English skills (advanced level preferred).
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively across different teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive mindset and willingness to drive change in a fast-paced environment.
