Warehouse, Logistics Process Transformation Coordinator

Are you passionate about process improvement, logistics operations, and system implementations? We are looking for a Warehouse, Logistics Process Transformation Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in transforming warehouse and logistics processes through the implementation of modern ERP and WMS solutions.

In this position, you will act as a bridge between operational teams and project stakeholders, ensuring successful execution of process improvements, system implementations, and organizational change initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the implementation of warehouse and logistics process improvements.

• Represent the Logistics department in cooperation with the implementation team responsible for a new Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Monitor project timelines, identify potential risks, and support mitigation activities throughout implementation projects.

• Test ERP and WMS processes before deployment and ensure solutions meet business requirements.

• Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.

• Track and report project progress, milestones, and implementation status.

• Prepare data analyses, process visualizations, presentations, and project documentation.

• Support the development of user documentation, operational standards, and end-user training materials.

• Collaborate with system architects, developers, external consultants, Production Engineering, and cross-functional teams.

• Identify and eliminate process inconsistencies during validation and implementation phases.

• Develop and optimize cost-effective logistics processes and workflows.

• Work with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (technical degree is an advantage).

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role involving logistics, warehouse operations, process improvement, or project coordination.

• Knowledge of logistics, production engineering, and/or project management principles would be a strong asset.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

• Intermediate English skills (advanced level preferred).

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively across different teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proactive mindset and willingness to drive change in a fast-paced environment.
