Short Summary:
Join Robinhood in building the future of finance by leading user research across multiple Brokerage product areas. This role involves partnering with product and business leaders to inform decisions and strategy through customer insights.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify high impact questions from a product or business perspective
- Answer questions using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Plan and lead research end to end
- Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product development process
- Translate research into clear recommendations
- Communicate insights through compelling storytelling
- Connect findings across Brokerage for a broader understanding of customers
- Use AI enabled tools to enhance research
- Mentor others and contribute to research standards

Requirement:
- 8+ years of qualitative, quantitative, product, or applied research experience
- Background in Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Anthropology, Sociology, or related field
- Strong command of qualitative and quantitative methods
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong storytelling, organization, synthesis, and communication skills
- Passion for investing and making finance accessible to all
