About the Role:
We are looking for an analytically strong, execution-focused Product Manager who has demonstrated
end-to-end ownership of high-scale B2C products. This is not a generalist product role—we are looking
for someone who has consistently built their career in Product Management and has a proven track
record of driving product metrics and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the product lifecycle from problem discovery to execution and post-launch optimization.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization using data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Business teams.
• Drive product growth by improving key product metrics and customer experience.
• Build and validate hypotheses using experimentation (A/B testing), analytics, and user insights.
• Take complete ownership of business KPIs rather than contributing to isolated feature
development.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 Engineering Institute (IIT/NIT/BITS or equivalent preferred).
• 3–6 years of Product Management experience.
• Clean and linear Product career progression (APM → PM preferred).
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Excellent structured thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Experience owning products with large user scale (preferably 10M+ Monthly Active Users).
• Proven ownership of business/product metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management and execution capability.
Preferred Background
• Gaming, Consumer Internet, D2C, High-growth B2C startups
