Short Summary:
PMA is seeking a Cost Analyst to support cost management and project controls activities across engineering and construction projects, working with cross-functional teams to analyze costs and improve project cost performance.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost performance.
- Review change orders, contracts, and payment applications.
- Perform cost analysis, variance reporting, and earned value tracking.
- Develop cost estimates and support risk-based cost strategies.
- Prepare and present cost reports and project cashflows to stakeholders.
- Support the use of project controls and cost management systems.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
- 0+ Years of experience in cost control or financial data analysis required.
- Experience with MS Word and PowerPoint preferred.
- Experience with databases and reporting preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Interest in construction, engineering, and project controls.
- Equivalent combination of education, experience, and training will be considered.
